你以为你每天去上班，实际上是去 CIA 报道。 今天突然想通了一件事，不管企业微信、钉钉、飞书这些企业管理工具平台界面长得多不一样，功能吹的多厉害，所有企业协作办公管理平台底层都逃不出三个东西。 我一看首字母直接笑了，这不就是一套 CIA 系统吗？C 等于 Communication 通信，I 等于 Identification 身份，A 等于 Authorization 权限授信。 任何一个能叫企业平台的东西。 本质上就是把这三件事做好。 你是谁？你能干嘛？你们怎么沟通？就这么简单。 一，国外企业的 CIA，股价是 Email。 他们企业里真正的中枢不是聊天软件，而是 Email。 登录靠邮箱、身份靠邮箱、权限靠邮箱，审批、流程、日历、密码找回、代码提交、文档共享，全都挂在 Email 上，Email 就是他们的身份证、 ID 、通行证、 OAS 、消息中心、 Communication 。 一套 Email 等于全套 CIA。 工作归工作，私人归私人，边界非常清楚。 二、国内企业的 CIA，股价变成了 IM 聊天工具。 国内不一样，我们没有用邮箱当核心的习惯，我们的 CIA 股价直接变成了聊天软件。 于是就有了这三条路线。 一，企业微信。 直接把微信当 CIA。 身份 I，你的微信就是身份。 通信 C，微信聊天、群、语音、视频。 权限 A，微信体系里给权限好处是人人都会，不用学，无缝接入。 但也带来一个很中国特色的现象，公私不分，上班用微信，下班也用微信，工作和生活彻底揉在一起。 二，钉钉，自己造一套，强管理型 CIA。

You think you're going to work every day, but in reality, you're reporting to the CIA. Today, I suddenly figured something out. No matter how different the interfaces of enterprise management tools like WeCom, DingTalk, or Feishu look, and no matter how impressive their features are, all enterprise collaboration and office management platforms boil down to three things at their core. I laughed when I saw the initials—it's nothing but a CIA system, isn't it? C stands for Communication, I stands for Identification, and A stands for Authorization. Anything that can be called an enterprise platform is essentially about doing these three things well. Who are you? What can you do? How do you communicate? It's that simple. First, for foreign enterprises, the backbone of CIA is Email. The real hub in their organizations is not chat software, but Email. Logging in depends on email, identity relies on email, permissions are granted via email. Approvals, workflows, calendars, password recovery, code submissions, document sharing—everything is tied to email. Email is their ID card, identifier, pass, OAS, message center, and communication tool. One email system equals a full CIA suite. Work is work, personal is personal—boundaries are very clear. Second, for domestic enterprises, the backbone of CIA has shifted to IM (instant messaging) tools. In China, it's different. We don't have the habit of using email as the core. Our CIA backbone has directly become chat software. Thus, three distinct paths emerged. First, WeCom. It directly uses WeChat as the CIA. Identity I: your WeChat is your identity. Communication C: WeChat chat, groups, voice, video. Authorization A: within the WeChat ecosystem, granting permissions has the advantage that everyone knows how to do it without learning, enabling seamless integration. But this also brings a very China-specific phenomenon: the blurring of work and personal life. You use WeChat for work, and you also use WeChat after work—work and life are completely intertwined. Second, DingTalk creates its own system—a strong management-oriented CIA.
