AI agent 终极真相，能规划的是软件，不能规划的才叫真智能。 别再被 AI agent 概念绕晕了，今天用一句话把真假智能讲透，能预先写出流程的，再复杂也只是软件。 写不出流程，每一步都要重新判断的，才是真正的 AI 智能体。 我们遇到的所有复杂任务，其实只分三大类。 一、可精确定义的任务，边界清晰，输入输出确定，能写成算法。 传统软件就能搞定，大模型只是帮人更快写代码，不算智能。 二、可规划的模糊任务，99%的 Agent 都在这，像语音转文字、RPA 自动化、Open Cloud 这类工具，目标明确、流程固定，只是在个别节点调用 AI 做模糊判断。 本质是传统软件为主，AI 当插件函数。 有用，但只是软件升级，不是真 Agent，属于过渡形态。 三、不可规划的模糊任务，唯一真 Agent，比如开放式探索、长期自主决策、像人一样的连续思考。 目标可能固定，但路径完全不可预知，每一步都要重新评估，动态调整，无法写死流程。 传统软件彻底失效，模型必须成为大脑，全程做主。 一句话总结，能写流程软件，能规划，但要 AI 增强软件，不能规划，只能动 态决策真 AI Agent 行业说，Agent 不是赛道，其实只说对一半。 可规划的都是套利和过渡，不可规划的才是 AI 的真正未来。

The Ultimate Truth About AI Agents: What Can Be Planned Is Software; What Cannot Be Planned Is True Intelligence. Stop getting confused by the concept of AI agents. Let me make it crystal clear in one sentence: If you can predefine the workflow, no matter how complex, it’s just software. If you cannot write out the workflow and every step requires re-evaluation, that’s a true AI agent. All the complex tasks we encounter fall into only three categories. First, precisely definable tasks: clear boundaries, deterministic inputs and outputs, can be turned into algorithms. Traditional software can handle these perfectly. Large language models just help write code faster—they’re not truly intelligent. Second, fuzzy tasks that can be planned: 99% of agents belong here. Tools like speech-to-text, RPA automation, and Open Cloud have clear goals and fixed workflows, only calling on AI for fuzzy judgments at specific nodes. Essentially, they are traditional software with AI acting as a plugin function. Useful, but just an upgrade of software, not a true agent—a transitional form. Third, fuzzy tasks that cannot be planned: the only true agent category. Examples include open-ended exploration, long-term autonomous decision-making, and continuous thinking like a human. The goal may be fixed, but the path is completely unpredictable. Every step requires re-evaluation and dynamic adjustment—you cannot hardcode the workflow. Traditional software is completely useless here. The model must become the brain, making decisions from start to finish. In a nutshell: what can write workflows is software; what can plan is AI-enhanced software; what cannot plan but must dynamically decide is the true AI agent. The industry says “agent is not a track”—that’s only half right. What can be planned is arbitrage and transition; what cannot be planned is the real future of AI.
