AI 自动化与大一统平台的真实困境,从工具实践到行业终局的思考。 很多人讨论 AI 自动化、AI Agent 、大一统平台时,大多停留在概念与愿景层面,而真正让人产生深刻感悟的。 往往来自真实工具的落地体验。 当我们真正上手 Open Cloud 这类基于 Playwright 的自动化工具,在 Ubuntu 22.04这类系统环境中实际运行时,才会突然意识到,当前所有 AI 自动化路线都绕不开一套由安全机制、账号体系、厂商利益共同锁死的底层逻辑。 而这也直接决定了未来大一统平台究竟会走哪条路?在实际操作中可以清晰看到,现代浏览器本身就具备极强的安全隔离机制。 尤其是 Snap 等容器化部署模式下,浏览器会严格隔离不同实力的 Cookie、登录态与权限。 这并非技术配置问题,而是厂商从根源上防范恶意程序窃取用户登录状态的必然设计。 这也就意味着,任何基于 Playwright 接管浏览器的自动化方案,都无法直接复用用户日常使用的浏览器环境。 必须在独立新开的浏览器实例中重新登录所有网站、所有账号。 这不是工具的缺陷,而是安全架构的底线。 同理,米尔恩这类云端沙箱模式本质也是同一套逻辑的延伸。 平台在云端为用户开辟独立虚拟机或容器环境,用户需要在这个独立环境中重新登录,重新运行自己的各类应用,AI 才能在可控隔离的前提下完成操作。 它同样不侵入用户本地环境,不读取本地已有登录态,既保护隐私也符合平台安全规则。 但这里就出现了一个无法回避的核心矛盾,用户想要 AI 帮自己做越多事,就必须开放越多权限与账号。 想要绝对安全与隐私隔离,AI 就只能做最浅层、无账号、无权限的通用任务。 两者不可能同时完美满足。 现实更残酷的一点在于,绝大多数应用并不提供只读权限、半权限机器人账号这类友好接口。 用户不可能只把数据导出给第三方 AI 完成任务。 再把结果导回去。 对应用厂商而言,这种开放等同于把业务流程、用户关系、核心场景拱手让人,甚至直接面临被克隆、被替代的风险。 因此,不是技术上做不到,而是厂商从利益层面根本不会允许。 举一个最直白的例子,用户想让 AI 代买商品,理论上可以设计成 AI 仅把搜索到的商品放入购物车,用户手动支付的半权限模式。 但电商平台几乎不会开放这类精准可控的机器人权限。 因为一旦开放,就意味着平台流量、用户行为、交易链路都可能被外部 AI 分流、拆解、重组,平台自身的入口价值会被快速稀释。 所以这条路在现实中几乎走不通,这也就解释了为什么所有大厂都在挣扎。 他们都看清了未来,用户最终需要一个统一入口,一句话完成所有操作,不再关心背后是哪个 APP。 但通往这个入口有两条完全不同的路线,一条是缪然式的云端大一统路线。 有一个独立 AI 平台接管用户所有账号,在沙箱中统一调度统一操作,把所有 APP 退化成接口。 这条路足够彻底,但信任门槛极高,生态重建难度极大,短期难以普及。 另一条是现有超级 APP 自我进化路线。 微信、抖音、Meta、Google 等,在自身产品内直接嵌入 AI 把自己变成一站式入口,不让用户流向外部平台。 这条路贴近用户习惯,迁移成本极低,但本质是各守一方,互相封闭,只会形成多个 AI 孤岛,很难真正大一统。 短期看,现有 APP 内置 AI 的路线会占据主流,因为用户成本最低,厂商阻力最小,落地最快。 但长期看,用户对极简统一无感的追求是不可逆的,只要出现一个足够安全、足够可信、体验足够顺滑的大一统 AI 平台。 用户最终会愿意把账号权限操作全部托管,而现在的超级 APP 终将退化成后台服务接口。 真正的行业终局从来不是某一类工具战胜另一类工具,而是用户体验与安全机制厂商利益长期博弈后的自然选择。 而所有这些趋势,其实早已藏在最朴素的工具实践与最底层的系统限制里。

AI Automation and the Real Predicament of Unified Platforms: From Tool Practice to Industry Endgame. When discussing AI automation, AI agents, and unified platforms, most people stay at the conceptual and visionary level. What truly sparks profound insight often comes from hands-on experience with real tools. When we actually start using automation tools based on Playwright, such as Open Cloud, and run them in system environments like Ubuntu 22.04, we suddenly realize that all current AI automation routes are trapped by a underlying logic locked down by security mechanisms, account systems, and vendor interests. This directly determines what path the future unified platform will take. In practice, it's clear that modern browsers themselves have extremely strong security isolation mechanisms. Especially under containerized deployment modes like Snap, browsers strictly isolate cookies, login states, and permissions across different instances. This is not a technical configuration issue, but a necessary design by vendors to fundamentally prevent malicious programs from stealing user login states. This means any automation solution that takes over the browser via Playwright cannot directly reuse the user's everyday browser environment. It must log into all websites and all accounts again in a newly opened, independent browser instance. This is not a tool flaw, but a bottom line of security architecture. Similarly, cloud-native sandbox models are essentially an extension of the same logic. The platform creates an independent virtual machine or container environment for the user in the cloud. In this independent environment, the user must log in again, run their own applications again, before AI can operate under controlled isolation. It also does not invade the user's local environment, does not read existing local login states, protecting privacy while complying with platform security rules. But here emerges an unavoidable core contradiction: the more users want AI to do for them, the more permissions and accounts they must open up. To achieve absolute security and privacy isolation, AI can only perform the most superficial, account-less, permission-less generic tasks. The two cannot be perfectly satisfied at the same time. An even harsher reality is that the vast majority of applications do not provide friendly interfaces like read-only permissions or semi-permission robot accounts. Users cannot simply export data to a third-party AI to complete tasks and then import the results back. For application vendors, such openness would mean handing over business processes, user relationships, and core scenarios to others, or even facing the risk of being cloned or replaced. Therefore, it's not that technology cannot achieve it, but that vendors fundamentally will not allow it from an interest perspective. Take the most straightforward example: a user wants AI to buy a product on their behalf. Theoretically, a semi-permission mode could be designed where AI only adds searched items to the shopping cart, and the user pays manually. But e-commerce platforms almost never open up such precisely controllable robot permissions. Because once opened, it means platform traffic, user behavior, and transaction chains could be diverted, dismantled, and reorganized by external AI, quickly diluting the platform's own gateway value. So this path is almost impossible in reality. This also explains why all big tech companies are struggling. They all see the future: users ultimately need a unified entry point to complete all operations with one command, no longer caring which app is behind it. But there are two completely different routes to this entry point. One is the bold cloud-based unified route: An independent AI platform takes over all user accounts, unifies scheduling and operations in a sandbox, reducing all apps to interfaces. This route is thorough enough, but the trust threshold is extremely high, ecosystem reconstruction is extremely difficult, and it's hard to popularize in the short term. The other is the route of existing super apps evolving themselves: WeChat, Douyin, Meta, Google, etc., embed AI directly into their own products, turning themselves into one-stop entry points, preventing users from flowing to external platforms. This route is close to user habits, with very low migration costs, but essentially each guards its own territory, mutually closed, only forming multiple AI islands, making true unification difficult. In the short term, the route of existing apps embedding AI will dominate, because user cost is lowest, vendor resistance is smallest, and implementation is fastest. But in the long term, users' pursuit of minimalism and unification is irreversible. As long as a sufficiently secure, trustworthy, and smooth unified AI platform emerges, users will eventually be willing to entrust all account permissions and operations to it, and current super apps will eventually degrade into backend service interfaces. The true industry endgame has never been about one type of tool defeating another, but a natural selection after long-term game-playing among user experience, security mechanisms, and vendor interests. And all these trends have long been hidden in the most basic tool practices and the most fundamental system constraints.
