The real truth of the industry is that when the creator of code shifts from humans to AI, the entire development architecture has undergone a radical revolution, yet traditional IDEs are still desperately strapping horse reins onto a car equipped with an internal combustion engine. The first illusion: IDEs think AI is just a new plugin, but they don't know AI is the new engine.
